Then she meets alluring Marcus Finch, a former Alchemist who pushes her to rebel against the people who raised her. And when Sydney comes face to face with an evil magic user, she finally begins to embrace the mysterious magic she knows she holds within . . .
Populated with new faces as well as familiar ones, the Bloodlines series explores all the friendship, romance, battles, and betrayals that made the #1 New York Times bestselling Vampire Academy series so addictive—this time in a part-vampire, part-human setting where the stakes are even higher and everyone’s out for blood.

I can’t wait for this one to come out!

First of all, let me tell you how exited I am for this cover. I love the change of colors in each cover and how this one has a perfect blue. Also, I’m glad that (probably) the guy on Sydney’s right is Mr. Finch (Hi Mr. Finch!) and I’m already anticipating his role in the story. And, with no need to mention him since it’s obvious, Mr. Ivashkov is obviously back on the covers :D and has a very determined look… I suspect a love triangle in here of some sort (sounds familiar? Ahem, Rose?).

Anyways, the ending of The Golden Lily left me speechless and wanting to kick Sydney in the stomach. I’m having big anticipations for what to come and what new and deadly twists they’re going to face.

Also, what’s going to happen with Jill, Eddie and Angeline? And will Sonya and Dimitri be present in this installment? So many questions to be answered hopefully in the sequel, although my gut is telling me that it’ll be about Adrian and Sydney and how Marcus (Marcus Finch) is going to add up to the story or complicate things that are already complicated (these suspicions are supported by the cover as well ;)).

Hurry on 2013!!
